1. Acceptance

By using TradePhin, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

TradePhin is a web-based trading journal with analytics, AI features, and broker import functionality. It is NOT a trading platform, broker, or financial advisor.

3. No Financial Advice

TradePhin does NOT provide financial advice, trading signals, or investment recommendations. All analytics and AI outputs are for self-reflection and documentation purposes only. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

4. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. You can export all your data before cancellation.

6. Limitation of Liability

TradePhin is provided "as is". We are not liable for trading losses, data loss due to force majeure, or service interruptions. Maximum liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 12 months.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
